Rice Cracker Production Line

Our rice cracker production line is designed based on advanced international technology. Such a food production line is composed of a series of single-food-machines, making it a large flow production line with a complicated production technique. However, few workers are needed during operation.

A whole rice cracker production line is divided into 3 manufacturing sections. The first section is to make rice powder and rice dough; the second section contains rice dough swelling and is responsible for the flavoring process; the last step is for packaging finished rice crackers.

Note:
Water, electricity, compressed air and LPG, etc. are necessary during the process of rice cracker manufacturing.

Applications:
By making use of different combinations of single-food-equipment, our rice cracker production line can be used for the production of both rice crackers and Xian-Bei crackers.
