3. Super high speed card packing equipment:

Features:
1. This card wrapping machine is applicable for both paper and PVC cards with a thickness of 0.3mm or above.
2. Fully synchronized motion between cards and packing films is facilitated by our specially designed conveyor system.
3. PLC controller and touch-screen control panel simplify operation.
4. Ultrasonic sealing guarantees perfect sealing.
5. It can achieve a clearance of 1mm between the card edge and packaging-bag edge.
6. Cards can be collected in a single bag or in fan-folded stacks. Card collection quantity can be preset by the user.
7. Inspection devices can fit to avoid double-card-packing. Other inspection devices for card number detection and recording are also available.
8. Waste packing films will be collected by our suction type waste material collection device.
9. Safety enclosure guarantees safety during operation.
